Please confirm your dates are available, then click below to pay the $200.00 rental deposit.

We will follow up by sending you a detailed rental agreement and the rules and regulation to sign and return to lock in your dates. Rental amounts are then generally due in 2 equal installments with the first due 60 days prior to your vacation and the last payment due 30 days before your vacation. Keys will be mailed 14 days prior to your vacation once all rental amounts have been received. The original $200 key and damage deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days of your rental once keys have been received and check-out inspection is complete with no damage found.

315 Pelican's Landing 2012 Rates

All rates are weekly with arrival on Saturday and departure the following Saturday. Threee night minimum stay is available in Spring and Fall only.

Spring Break .. Apr 01-Apr 28 .. $525/wk  |Rates do not include 12 % sales tax
Late Spring ... Apr 28-May 26 .. $650/wk  |  or cleaning fee.
Early Summer .. May 26-Jun 16 .. $825/wk  |$200 Security Deposit required.
Summer ........ Jun 16-Aug 18 .. $1100/wk  |
Late Summer ... Aug 18-Sep 07 .. $825/wk  |3 night minimum avail.
Fall .......... Sep 07-Oct 26 .. $525/wk  |spring and fall only
Winter ........ Oct 26-Mar 31 .. $400/wk or 750/mo
